1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note that during high-demand periods, sales events, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

At this time, XOVRA ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We look forward to expanding our shipping services in the future.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and shipment details so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include your Order ID and, if applicable, clear photographs of the damaged package or product to help us resolve your issue promptly.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order. XOVRA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
