At Xovra, every product is carefully prepared after order confirmation to ensure quality and exclusivity. Because our products are made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to provide a smooth exchange option to ensure your satisfaction.
7-Day Exchange Window
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

With all original tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchange Conditions
1. If the mistake is from our side
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange the exchange free of cost, including shipping.
2. If the mistake occurred while placing the order (size, variant, etc.)
In this case, the exchange is still available; however, the customer will need to pay a one-side shipping charge of ₹200–₹250 (depending on location).
